Each user is only permitted one active account — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated balances and winnings.
You are solely responsible for keeping your profile details current, particularly information used for payment verification purposes.
Password & Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 4dcheck will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.

- Submitting false claims or allegations to the support team with the intent to gain unauthorised benefits.
- Sharing or lending your account to any other individual.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 4dcheck platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept a range of local payment methods, including Malaysian internet banking and recognised eWallets. Each transaction is subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may be revised from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 4dcheck reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where suspicious activity is detected or additional verification is required. 4dcheck is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. 4dcheck's total liability to any user is limited to the actual account balance held by that user at the time the claim is made.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may render the platform inaccessible for certain periods. 4dcheck is not liable for any financial losses incurred during such downtime.
Account Suspension & Closure
4dcheck reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or carried out illegal conduct.
In the event of account suspension due to a terms violation, 4dcheck reserves the right to withhold or cancel any outstanding balances, bonuses, or unprocessed winnings. Users whose accounts are closed for violations are not permitted to re-register using different details.
